Australia, the world's smaller continental, the country island, the world's largest coral reef, the Great Ocean Road, the Twelve Apostles, the steel arch Sydney harbour bridge, the beaches and national parks, the wild fauna and flora, the aboriginal culture mixed with European, the friendly people, and last but not least, the great food.

The Kangaroo the most iconic animal in Australia, over 60 different species, 3 kangaroos for each person. So cute, jumping around, carrying their babies. Ai ai even more cute on my plate, yes I ate it. So good... I confess that felt sorry, not guilty, I mean it was on the menu, I didn't catch or anything like that. Well what a shame. I just went the to Night Zoo in Carins, the night before, petted them, fed them with some hot tea that the Zoo guy gave to me. But on the next day, in Melbourne, at the Tramcar Restaurant, it was there on the menu, I could not resist, and I am glad I didn't. What a flavor, it tasted like the most tasty chicken I ever had, with a filet mignon texture. I read that Australia is exporting kangaroo meat to more than 55 countries. I need to find it here. Get the recipe and cook it. Can anyone help me to find it? We can exchange Kangaroo recipes.

Kanguru na Austrália, tão bonitinho, pulando no meu prato.

Austrália, o menor continente do mundo, o país que é uma ilha, o maior recife de coral do mundo, a Great Ocean Road, os doze Apóstolos, a ponte de ferro da Baía de Sydney, as praias e parques nacionais, a selvagem fauna e flora, a cultura aborígena misturada com a Europeia, as pessoas amigáveis, e por último mas tão importante quanto, a delíciosa comida.
É, definitivamente eu tenho que contar essa.
Os Kangurus, o animal que mais simboliza a Austrália, mais de 60 espécies, 3 para cada habitante. Tão bonitinho, pulando pra lá e pra cá, carregando seus bebês na barriga. Ai ai mais bonitinho ainda no meu prato, verdade eu comi. Tão gostoso... Confesso que me senti meio mal, nao culpada, quero dizer estava no cardápio, eu nao caçei, matei, nada desse tipo. Na noite anterior eu fui no Zoológico Noturno em Cairns, acariciei eles, dei chá quentinho que o cara do zoológico nos deu. Aí no dia seguinte em Melbourne, fui a um restaurante chamado Tramcar e lá ele estava no cardápio. Não pude resistir. E ainda bem que não resisti. Que sabor, gosto do melhor frango que já comi, com texture de filé mignon. Eu li que a Austrália está exportando carne de Kanguru para mais de 55 países. Eu preciso achar onde vende aqui. Procurar uma receita e cozinhar. Alguém pode me ajudar a achar onde se vende. Podemos trocar receitas de Kanguru.
